I am currently a PhD student at Henan University. Previously, I obtained my Master's degree from the College of Plant Science and Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University.
My research focuses on plant functional genomics and bioinformatics, utilizing large-scale re-sequencing, transcriptomics, and genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to identify key genes underlying important agronomic traits in crops. I also work on downstream molecular functional characterization of candidate genes and develop interactive R-based omics analysis tools.
